At the start of this year, I invited a small group of artists to undertake a powerful Vision Quest.
We worked closely together over the course of several weeks and it was amazing to watch the transformation in each artist’s work and practice.
At the end of the Vision Quest, the artists interviewed one another and I couldn’t be more proud. Today, I’m sharing an interview with Australian artist Helen Fraser.
Helen is a multi-media artist and psychologist who works as both an exhibiting artist and in the public sphere. Watch this wonderful interview to learn:
- How Helen used art to heal from a mild traumatic brain injury
- How she moved past old blocks to create success
- How art can be used to heal
- Why she believes that clarity can actually save artists time
It’s my pleasure to introduce you to the lovely and talented Working Artist, Helen Fraser.
Always,
Crista

PSS. I am curating a new Vision Quest group for the autumn. If you’re interested in applying, visit the website here.
Helen’s advice to artists who are thinking of joining the Vision Quest is simple:
“Jump! Do it! Don’t hold back! I could be one of the best things you’ve ever done… It could speed up your art career trajectory by about 10 years. Maybe more!”
