By enrolling in The Working Artist Academy, you agree to the following terms and privacy practices. Please read carefully before completing your registration.
1. Enrollment
The Working Artist Academy is an online learning program created and led by Crista Cloutier through The Working Artist LLC.
Enrollment gives you access to course videos, live calls, discussion boards, and related resources hosted on the Learnbase platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and have a reliable internet connection to participate.
2. Payments
Tuition for the Academy Beta Cohort is payable in U.S. dollars.
Payments are processed securely through PayPal for the Academy and Stripe for one-on-one programs.
If you select a payment plan, all installments must be completed even if you withdraw early, as your seat and access are reserved for the full term.
3. Refund & Deferral Policy
Because this beta program is offered at a discounted rate and has limited space, refunds are limited to the following:

- Before the program begins: Full refund minus a $100 administrative fee to cover processing and access setup.
- After the program begins: No refunds. In special circumstances such as illness or personal emergencies, participants may defer once to a future cohort, space permitting and subject to approval.
We stand behind the value of this experience and will always aim for a fair and compassionate resolution if life intervenes.
4. Lifetime Access
Participants retain access to all course materials, replays, and resources for the lifetime of the program—meaning as long as The Working Artist Academy remains active and maintained by The Working Artist LLC.
The platform and its content may evolve or be retired at our discretion.

Your enrollment grants you personal, non-transferable access. Sharing course materials, recordings, or login credentials is not allowed.
All Academy content is protected by copyright and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from The Working Artist LLC.
We reserve the right to remove anyone from the program for disruptive or disrespectful behavior without refund.
