b-artist-s-are-makers

For years I represented blue-chip artists while introducing unknowns to collectors. I've sold millions in artwork and placed pieces in nearly every major US institution.

My files have been collected by the Smithsonian's Archives of American Art – a record of working with world-renowned names while championing underrepresented voices: elder artists, women, Black, Brown, and Asian creators, at a time when doors were still closed.

I helped push those doors open so these artists could make history.

I studied art formally and became a certified appraiser, but it was my master's degree in religious studies that taught me to see creative work as meaning-making, not just commerce. That lens shapes everything I do.
Today my mission is to serve every artist – from those just claiming the identity to those building their legacy."

Through The Working Artist, I now serve thousands of artists in 80+ countries – each finding their own version of success.
